Almond Coconut Buttercream Frosting

-3/4 cup of unsalted butter (softened)

-6 cups of powdered sugar

-1 tsp. vanilla

-1 ½ teaspoon of pure almond extract

-1 teaspoon of coconut extract

-5 to 6 tablespoons of water (or desired thickness)

Directions:
Whip together butter, sugar, extracts and water (start with 2 cups of powdered sugar, then add more if necessary for thickness.) Whip for 4 to 5 minutes until light and fluffy.
